Fresh roasted and packaged on-site, as fresh as you can get.  All of our beans are of the highest quality and purchased from farmers around the globe from Guatemala, Sumatra, Peru and Ethiopia to name a few.  Many of our beans are Fair Trade Organic or Organic Certified.
